Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, This means you have 30 days after the tracked receipt of your item to request a refund and/or return.

or call us on +44 0800 285 1442. You may also leave a voice message. Please provide your reason for the return. 

If the item was ordered in error, then the returns cost and mailing is the responsibility of the customer.

Timescales and eligibility and refunds

We will view your request based on the below eligibility. We will then proceed to email you with the next steps and/or return label within 2 days from your initial request.

If a refund is due it will be processed within 24hrs-48hrs (time-zone dependant) (see exception below) of the final decision. It will be refunded via a direct deposit to the same name whom made the order and via the same means of original payment.                                              If replacements are required these will be organised efficiently.

Eligibility for return is calculated from the date when the products are delivered

Costs/Fees

If the return is due to a fault, broken, we will refund your shipping costs, hassle free. We will require photos.

If the item was ordered in error, then the returns cost and mailing is the responsibility of the customer.

Customers in South America, Middle East or Asia are responsible for the cost of returns and are responsible to mail out the item to the below address (Exception in case of broken parts, proof required)

Refunds will be processed only when we have notification the item is on its return journey via our provided tracking.

Missing a delivery.

If your item has not been delivered to your address, or has been lost in transit, we will investigate, with a view to the acceptance of a full refund.

If the package has been marked as "delivered" and the customer provided an inaccurate or wrong shipping address then we cannot issue a refund as this becomes the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate, and correct the situation for you.

Exchanges within 7 days of receipt.

If you would like to make an exchange, the quickest way is to call or email. If the item is returned unused and damage free, we will allow a hassle free exchange.
